Tiffany McCracken's connection to the Vail Valley runs deeper than market knowledge. It is personal, generational, and rooted in a lifetime of watching this community grow, change, and hold onto what makes it special.
Born and raised in Vail, Tiffany knows the valley the way only a local can. She grew up surrounded by the people, neighborhoods, businesses, and real estate conversations that helped shape Eagle County into what it is today. Her stepfather was a longtime Vail Realtor, and her mother, Gail Ferry, spent more than 40 years with Land Title Guarantee Company, helping shape the local title and real estate community across the valley.
That foundation gave Tiffany an early understanding of something that still drives her work today: in a resort market like the Vail Valley, real estate is deeply personal. It is about more than property. It is about relationships, timing, trust, lifestyle, and making thoughtful decisions in a place that operates unlike anywhere else.
Since entering the business in 2016, Tiffany has built her practice around luxury, resort, second-home, and local residential real estate throughout Eagle County, working with clients who need more than a transaction and understand the value of local perspective. Her role is to help them see the full picture of what it means to own here, from market value and neighborhood dynamics to community character, long-term use, and the realities of mountain living.
Tiffany holds the VailPRO and Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist designations and is part of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Luxury Collection network. She served as Chair of the Vail Multi-List Service in 2025 and currently serves as Chair-Elect of the Vail Board of REALTORS®. Tiffany serves on the local Government Affairs Committee, the state Insight Advisory Committee, and the Colorado Association of REALTORS® Legislative Policy Committee, helping shape policy all the way up to the state capital.
Tiffany was appointed to the Eagle County Land Use Regulation Rewrite Advisory Committee, a significant countywide effort to modernize the regulations shaping growth, housing, development, and land use across Eagle County for decades to come. Her involvement in that work reflects the way she approaches real estate overall: with deep respect for the valley's history, a clear understanding of its current challenges, and a strong commitment to its future.
As President of her homeowners association, Tiffany brings practical, firsthand experience with ownership, governance, community dynamics, and the shared decisions that shape how people live together.
Across every part of her work, Tiffany brings a rare combination of local history, market knowledge, civic involvement, and straight-shooting strategy. Her approach is thoughtful, direct, and deeply invested in the people, properties, and future of the Vail Valley. Tiffany lives in Eagle, where she and her husband Josh are raising their two kids, Skyler and Aubrey.
